Information you provide

When you submit the "Start Your Project" form, we collect your name, company, phone number, email address, business type, and the details you write about what you need. If you used the "Build Your System" configurator first, your selections are included with the request. This information is used solely to review your enquiry and respond to you about your project — we don't use it for marketing or share it with third parties for their own purposes.

After you submit the form, we show you a "Send via WhatsApp" button with your details pre-filled into a WhatsApp message addressed to our team. That message is only sent if you choose to tap the button and send it yourself — nothing is transmitted via WhatsApp automatically. Once sent, that message is handled by WhatsApp under WhatsApp's own privacy policy.

Information collected automatically

We don't run analytics or advertising trackers on this site. Your browser stores a single local preference (light or dark theme) using browser storage that never leaves your device. A service worker caches site assets so pages load faster on repeat visits — it does not collect or transmit data about you.

Hosting

This site is hosted on Vercel, which processes standard web request data (such as IP address) to serve pages, as any web host does. See Vercel's privacy policy for details.

Data retention

We keep project enquiries only as long as needed to respond to you and, if we move forward together, to deliver the engagement. You can ask us to delete your information at any time using the contact details below.

You can ask what information we hold about you, request a correction, or ask us to delete it, by emailing bytebora@gmail.com.

Changes

If this policy changes, we'll update the date above. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated policy.
